End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Linearhill DSP ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of our audio plugin software ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Software on up to 3 computers you own
- Use the Software for personal and commercial music production
- Receive bug fixes and minor updates within the same major version
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or license keys
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the Software's source code or DSP algorithms
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Software to develop competing audio plugins
- Bypass any technical protection measures
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
3. Ownership
The Software, including all intellectual property rights, DSP algorithms, GUI design, and source code, remains the sole property of Linearhill DSP. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
4. Updates
- Minor updates (e.g., v1.0 → v1.1): Free for license holders
- Major updates (e.g., v1.0 → v2.0): May require paid upgrade
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time.
5. License Activation
The Software requires online activation upon first installation. After activation, the Software may operate offline. We may require periodic revalidation to maintain license integrity.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linearhill DSP shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
- DAW crashes or project file corruption
- Loss of data or revenue
- Business interruption
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific license.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of South Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
